“洋镜头 看齐鲁——好客山东和TA的国际朋友们”

  想以你的独特视角,向世界展现山东的魅力吗?由山东省旅游推广中心组织策划的“洋镜头 看齐鲁——好客山东和TA的国际朋友们”视频征集活动正式启动啦!

  我们诚邀在华外籍创作者拿起镜头,以第三方视角记录真实鲜活的山东日常,用海外观众共情的表达,展现齐鲁大地的文化底蕴与城市活力,向世界递出好客山东名片。征集通道现已开启,期待你的作品刷屏海内外!

  具体事项公告如下:

  一、参与对象

  本次活动预计招募总计100名外籍创作者,其中包含20名优秀创作者。

  招募要求如下:

  1、年满18周岁,在华学习、工作、生活或旅游的外籍人士。

  2、具备基本的中文或英文沟通能力,对视频拍摄和内容创作有兴趣和热情。

  优秀创作者需满足下列要求之一:

  1、在海外社交媒体平台(如Facebook、Instagram、YouTube等)拥有5000+粉丝数量;

  2、曾创作过文旅类视频内容,单条视频播放量不低于1万次。

  二、创作方向

  以在华外籍人士的第三方视角,用海外青年熟悉的镜头语言,记录、讲述真实鲜活的山东故事。创作者可围绕山东特色美食、城乡烟火日常、非遗手作体验、中外青年文化交流、城市休闲生活等内容创作视频,主题不限。

  三、作品创作形式

  作品形式不限,包含但不限于纪实短片、VLOG、微短剧等视频形态,鼓励创新表达。

  四、作品要求

  1、提交作品必须为创作者原创,严禁抄袭、盗用他人作品。创作者需对作品拥有完整的著作权且无任何版权纠纷。

  2、提交作品必须确保涉及第三人肖像、声音、隐私等内容已取得合法许可。如因作品侵犯第三人合法权益引发纠纷,由创作者承担全部法律责任,主办方有权取消其参与资格并追回已发放的激励。

  3、视频时长控制在1-3分钟,作品大小控制在500M内。

  4、提交作品时,请确保视频格式为AVI、MOV、MP4、MPEG等常用格式,分辨率竖版不低于720×1280,横版不低于1280×720,画面清晰,声音清楚。

  5、作品须使用“母语+中文”双语字幕,用词文明、语言规范,字幕清晰可辨。

  6、作品须真人出镜,内容中若使用AI生成素材(包括但不限于AI图像、AI视频、AI动画、AI声音等),须在画面右上角标注“AI素材”。

  特别说明:对AI素材进行标注仅为内容标识,不等同于合法授权,不免除创作者的版权及肖像、声音等相关权益合规义务。

  7、投稿作品须遵守中华人民共和国、参与对象所在国以及作品发布国相关法律法规,符合《网络短视频内容审核标准细则》等相关要求,不涉及色情、暴力、种族歧视等内容,内容积极健康。

  五、参与流程

  1、投稿

  投稿时间:2026年9月17日—10月15日

  投稿方式:请创作者将姓名(团队作品请写明所有创作者)、个人海外社交账号截图、投稿作品(原视频)发送至活动征集邮箱yjtkql@163.com,并在标题注明“洋镜头 看齐鲁——好客山东和TA的国际朋友们”视频征集活动作品投稿。

  2、发布作品至社交平台

  投稿内容过审后,创作者须将原视频发布至个人海外社交媒体账号(Facebook、YouTube、X、Instagram、TikTok等)并@好客山东海外新媒体官方账号。

  六、创作者激励

  1、实物+证书激励

  综合奖:

  年度标杆作品(5席):全套文创礼包+认证证书;

  年度臻选作品(10席):文创礼盒+认证证书;

  年度优秀作品(20席):伴手礼+认证证书;

  年度入围作品(35席):纪念文创礼品+认证证书;

  单项奖:

  最佳跨文化表达作品(1席):全套文创礼包+专项证书;

  海外人气代表作品(1席):全套文创礼包+专项证书;

  2、传播流量激励

  优质作品将在官方海外账号平台进行推送,提升创作者及作品曝光度。

  注:综合奖项与专项奖项可叠加获得,同一作品可同时斩获综合奖与单项奖;团队作品只发放一份实物和证书,证书上将呈现团队所有创作者姓名。

  七、评审标准

  作品评选将秉持公平、公正、公开的原则,由专家评审团根据内容叙事完整度、齐鲁文化表达深度、跨文化传播效果、视频制作质量、海外平台数据表现等维度进行评审。

  评审结束后7个工作日内,主办方将发送确认邮件给中选的创作者,并寄发证书和礼品。

  九、活动须知

  1、创作者投稿即视为您已完全理解并接受本次活动征集条款全部内容,包括本页面中提出的活动征集规则及其解释等。

  2、创作者投稿时,应提供真实准确的个人信息及联系方式,投稿作品确保为本人或团队原创作品。创作者拥有作品完整和合法的著作权,且保证投稿作品不出现任何侵犯他人权益的情形(包括但不限于侵犯他人肖像权、名誉权、隐私权、著作权、商标权等合法权益)。

  3、所有AI生成素材,无论是否标注标识,均需创作者提前取得对应的合法授权(含素材版权、人物肖像、声音使用权等),未取得合法授权的AI素材严禁使用。仅标注AI素材标识,不构成任何合法授权,无法规避侵权责任。如发现作品涉嫌抄袭、盗用版权、AI素材无授权侵权等情况,一律取消参加资格、追回奖励,并由其本人承担一切相关法律责任。

  4、创作者保留版权,主办方可免费使用参赛作品于品牌展示和推广,包括但不限于转载、复制、改编、汇编、展览、分发、展示、放映、制作衍生作品所需的全部权利。

  5、参与团队、个人可同时投递多件作品,不限投稿数量。

  6、本次活动征集不收取任何费用或退回任何提交作品,请按照投稿要求进行投稿。作品未投稿成功或者审核不通过的,一切损失及后果由您自行承担。

  7、主办方拥有活动的最终解释权。

  “Qilu Through Foreign Lenses—Friendly Shandong and Its International Friends” Video Solicitation

  Do you want to showcase Shandong’s charm to the world through your unique lens? The “Qilu Through Foreign Lenses—Friendly Shandong and Its International Friends” video submission campaign, planned and organized by the Shandong Provincial Tourism Promotion Center, has officially launched!

  We sincerely invite foreign creators in China to pick up your cameras and document the authentic and vibrant everyday life of Shandong from an outside perspective. Then, showcase the cultural heritage and urban vitality of Shandong, presenting the calling card of Friendly Shandong to the world through expressions that resonates with international audiences. The submission channel is now open — we can’t wait to see your work light up screens at home and abroad!

  The specific details are announced as follows:

  I. Participants

  This event plans to recruit a total of 100 international creators, including 20 outstanding creators.

  Recruitment requirements:

  1. Aged 18 or above; foreign nationals studying, working, living, or traveling in China.

  2. Basic communication and creative skills in Chinese or English, and have an interest in and passion for video shooting and content creation.

  Outstanding creators must meet one of the following requirements:

  1. Have at least 5,000 followers on an overseas social media platform (such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

  2. Have previously created culture and tourism video content, with a single video receiving no fewer than 10,000 views.

  II. Creative Direction

  From the perspective of foreign nationals living in China, creators are encouraged to use visual storytelling techniques familiar to international audiences to document and present authentic, vivid stories from Shandong.

  Creators may produce videos featuring Shandong’s distinctive cuisine, everyday life in urban and rural communities, experiences with intangible cultural heritage, cultural exchanges between Chinese and international young people, urban leisure activities, and more. The subject matter is open-ended.

  III. Submission Formats

  There are no restrictions on format. Eligible formats include, but are not limited to, documentary shorts, vlogs, and micro-dramas. Innovative forms of expression are encouraged.

  IV. Submission Requirements

  1. All submitted works must be original creations by the entrant. Plagiarism and unauthorized use of others’ works are strictly prohibited. Creators must hold complete copyright ownership of their submissions, and the works must be free from any copyright disputes.

  2. Creators must ensure that they have obtained all legally required permissions for any third party whose likeness, voice, privacy, or other personal rights appear in the work. If the work gives rise to a dispute due to infringement of a third party’s lawful rights or interests, the creator shall bear full legal responsibility. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify the creator and recover any incentives already awarded.

  3. Videos must be between 1 and 3 minutes long, and the file size must not exceed 500 MB.

  4. Submissions must be provided in a commonly used format, such as AVI, MOV, MP4, or MPEG. The minimum resolution is 720 × 1280 for vertical videos and 1280 × 720 for horizontal videos. Images must be clear and audio must be intelligible.

  5. Videos must include bilingual subtitles in the creator’s native language and Chinese. Language must be appropriate and standardized, and subtitles must be clear and easy to read.

  6. The creator must appear on camera in the work. If any AI-generated materials are used—including, but not limited to, AI-generated images, videos, animations, or audio—the words “AI-generated material” must be displayed in the upper-right corner of the screen.Important: Labeling AI-generated material is solely a content-identification requirement. It does not constitute legal authorization, nor does it exempt creators from complying with copyright, portrait-rights, voice-rights, or other applicable legal requirements.

  7. Submitted works must comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, the creator’s country of participation, and the country or countries where the work is published. Works must also comply with relevant standards, including the Detailed Rules for the Review of Online Short-Video Content. Content involving pornography, violence, racial discrimination, or other unlawful or inappropriate material is prohibited. All submissions must be positive, healthy, and suitable for public dissemination.

  V. Participation Process

  Please use the following email subject line:

  “Qilu Through Foreign Lenses—Friendly Shandong and Its International Friends” Video Solicitation

  2. Posting the Work on Social Media

  After the submitted work passes review, the creator must post the original video on a personal overseas social-media account, such as Facebook, YouTube, X, Instagram, or TikTok, and tag the official overseas social-media account of Friendly Shandong.

  VI. Creator Incentives

  1. Prizes: Gifts and Certificates

  Overall Awards

  Annual Benchmark Works—5 awards: Complete cultural and creative gift package + certificate of recognition

  Annual Selected Works—10 awards: Cultural and creative gift box + certificate of recognition

  Annual Outstanding Works—20 awards: Souvenir gift + certificate of recognition

  Annual Finalist Works—35 awards: Commemorative cultural and creative gift + certificate of recognition

  Special Awards

  Best Cross-Cultural Expression Award—1 award: Complete cultural and creative gift package + special certificate

  Overseas Popularity Award—1 award: Complete cultural and creative gift package + special certificate

  2. Exposure and Traffic Incentives

  High-quality works may be promoted through the organizer’s official overseas social-media accounts, helping increase the visibility of both the creators and their works.

  Note:Special awards may be combined with overall awards. The same work may receive both an overall award and a special award. For team submissions, only one physical gift and one certificate will be issued. The certificate will include the names of all team members.

  VII. Evaluation Criteria

  Works will be evaluated in a fair, impartial, and transparent manner. The judging panel will assess submissions based on the following criteria:

  Completeness and coherence of the narrative

  Depth of representation of Qilu culture

  Effectiveness of cross-cultural communication

  Quality of video production

  Performance data on overseas social-media platforms

  Other relevant factors

  Within seven working days after the evaluation concludes, the organizer will send confirmation emails to selected creators and arrange delivery of the certificates and gifts.

  IX. Important Notes

  1. By submitting a work, the creator is deemed to have fully understood and accepted all terms and conditions of this call for submissions, including the rules and interpretations stated herein.

  2. When submitting a work, creators must provide true and accurate personal information and contact details. Each submission must be an original work created by the individual or team submitting it. Creators must hold complete and lawful copyright ownership of their works and guarantee that the submissions do not infringe upon any third party’s rights or interests, including, but not limited to, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, copyrights, trademark rights, and other lawful rights and interests.

  3. All AI-generated materials—regardless of whether they are labeled—must have been legally authorized by the creator in advance. This includes authorization relating to the copyright of the materials and the use of individuals’ likenesses and voices. Unauthorized AI-generated materials are strictly prohibited. Merely labeling material as “AI-generated material” does not constitute legal authorization or exempt the creator from liability for infringement. If a work is found to involve plagiarism, unauthorized use of copyrighted material, or unauthorized AI-generated materials, the creator will be disqualified, any prizes or incentives already awarded will be reclaimed, and the creator shall bear all resulting legal liability.

  4. Creators retain copyright in their works. However, the organizer may use the submitted works free of charge for brand presentation and promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, the rights necessary to reproduce, copy, adapt, compile, exhibit, distribute, display, screen, and create derivative works from the submissions.

  5. Individuals and teams may submit multiple works. There is no limit on the number of submissions.

  6. No fees will be charged for participation, and submitted works will not be returned. Please follow all submission requirements. Creators shall bear any losses or consequences arising from unsuccessful submission or failure to pass review.

  7. The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of this activity.
